CBT Announces 2019 Distinguished Seniors

Each year, the College of Business and Technology honors some of the star students from each department with awards and scholarships. The Distinguished Senior awards are presented to students possessing superior academic achievement, excellent leadership, citizenship, character, and service to EKU.

At its spring convocation on Friday, May 10th, the College of Business and Technology honored 392 bachelor's degrees, 36 master's degrees, and 35 associate degrees for a total of 463 degrees. The ceremony was held in the Alumni Coliseum on EKU's campus at 6:30 pm.

While his initial plans may not have worked out as he originally intended, Greg will walk across the stage at Eastern Kentucky University’s College of Business and Technology Commencement Ceremony in May 2019.

Eastern Kentucky University’s Department of Agriculture, in conjunction with the Department of Applied Engineering and Technology, will begin offering a concentration in Agriculture Engineering Technology in the fall 2019 semester.

EKU Business Students Receive Prestigious FDIC Internship

EKU’s School of Business provides multiple opportunities to students, including creating connections with industry experts in order to expand students’ professional networks and prepare them for careers after graduation. A recent visit with Amy Neal from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) opened the door for another great internship opportunity for students.
