EKU Aviation welcomed new Professional Flight students to the program with a picnic lunch at the airport. Flight instructors, faculty and staff hosted new students on Saturday at the Central Kentucky Regional Airport (KRGA), which is managed by the University.

The recipient for 2016-17 is Dr. Marcel Robles, Professor of Corporate Communication and Technology in the Department of Management, Marketing and International Business.

Ivan Olivas - Junior Now 'Comfortable being Uncomfortable'

“In order to grow, we have to become comfortable with being uncomfortable.” That simple phrase led Eastern Kentucky University student Ivan Olivas to spend his summer in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The rising junior spent the summer studying advanced Spanish at the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires through the SOL Education Abroad program.
