Jackson's Restaurant is an All-American down home kind of eatery.  Its country-style lunch buffet lends itself to a scrumptious menu of homemade meatloaf, fried pork chops, greens, fried potatoes, home-style green beans, macaroni and cheese, pone cornbread, along with homemade pies and fudge.

Three students majoring in the Pre-Veterinary Medicine program applied for admission to Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine for the Fall 2012 semester. Stacy Thacker, a junior from Lancaster, KY., Alexandra Zilliox, a junior from Cold Spring, KY., and Kevin Petit, a senior from Stanford, KY., have been accepted and will begin the professional degree program in Fall 2012.

Each of the 20 accredited PGA Golf Management universities send two student representatives who possess leadership qualities at their respective schools to attend this prestigious conference.

EKU SAM Students Bring Home Second from National Case Competition

EKU’s Society for Advancement of Management (SAM) did well in representing the university this year. This year’s team won second place in the Las Vegas competition held March 29 to April 1. Last year the team placed third in the international SAM Case Competition Conference in Orlando, Fl.
